How important are MSW-level concentrations?

How important would you say your MSW-level concentration is or has been?

When seeking employment, is it brought up often? I ask because when I did my BSW-level work, nobody seemed to care what my concentration was in or what coursework I had completed.

I know there are many MSW-level practitioners out there who had no concentration at all.

I began (but didn't finish) an MSW and was advised that the mental health concentration is best for hiring in CA.
