How important is calc grade (3.83 s/c but C+ calc2)

I'm not really concerned about this but still wanted to ask, I have A's in essentially every class I took in college except a B in Calc 1 and stats and a C+ in calc 2. Are adcoms really concerned with those classes when my prereqs are all As plus upper level bio and chem courses? Never retook a class. Thanks for indulging me on this one, know it's not a huge deal but curious. Thanks!

I got a C in calc 2 and a B- in another pre-req and I already have an interview. It happens, and the rest of your transcript will speak for itself. Also, there's nothing you can do about it now, try to relax.
