Some schools, such as Minnesota, have stats like this posted on their web sites. UM, for example, has a list of both in-state and out of state schools their admitted students attended. You might see if the schools you're interested in have something similar. Also, the stats found at http://www.adea.org/Resources/OG/OG_3_WhereToApply.pdf . They have several charts of info including one that breaks down admissions to specific schools by state of residence. Keep in mind though, the info is a few years old. Hope this helps.
