How important is it to send in transcripts after the fall semester is over to med schools? I hear that some people send them and some people don't and still get acceptances. I'm speaking about applicants who are in their SENIOR year.

Junior year? Why are you applying junior year? I'm so confused.

If you're fulfiling some med school pre-reqs during your senior year (Chem, Physics, etc.), it'll be important to send schools your Fall semester grades.

If your GPA has been really good up to end of Junior year, it's really not neccessary to send in Fall transcript unless the school specifically require so.
