How integrative is USMLE World?

I'm thinking about buying it now.

But I'm afraid it will be too integrated in other subjects to be of use!

For example, we started basic path today, with cell injury and stuff. I went to lecture, learned all of that stuff.

Then, I started listening to goljan audio for cell injury, just to see how it compares to our lecture. He brought in so much information that we did not even cover.

Everyone at my school recommends I buy it for a year though, so I'm confused!

don't be a wussy. just get the year subscription and do the qbank through subjects if you're getting all kinds of bothered by it. sheesh.

lol what? its more about not using resources to their maximum potential or wasting money, not about being a "wussy" hahah

i am thinking about buying 12 month this, 12 month kaplan and 6 month uworld, or maybe just 12 month of both to ease my mind lol

Anyone who used Uworld during the school year or Uworld at all lol have any input?

I have decided that I would like to use uworld throughout the year if the questions would be reasonable to answer. But if they are so well integrated with different topics that I wouldn't have even seen some of the material on basic cell injury questions or something, then I don't think it is worth it.
