How is Columbia for undergrad?

I would say go with your gut and also your financial situation. 6 years ago I was in your position and took the cheaper school over Columbia bc they gave me full ride. It feels nice to graduate with zero debt

RD decisions for Columbia aren't even out yet...are you telling me, OP, that you're stuck in this difficult situation before you've even been accepted?

By and large a college (reputable ones anyhow) won't admit you if they don't think you will succeed there. Just go with where you'll be happy and then work hard
