How is it to work for Rite-Aid

I'm at brooks right now and we're about to become rite-aid and I just wanted to know what people thought of the company. From what i hear the pay rates are individual like brooks and cvs is, which means there can be 3-5$/hour disparities between pharmacists. I hear the benefits package is better. How's the 401K?

oh my... which Brooks do you work at? I work at Brooks too and we're one of the Pilot stores.... so we're going into Rite Aid sometime this month or next according to Rite Aid ppl... I heard they are suppose to 'match' pharmacists salaries with whatever the market salary is, as well as the techs. I heard that there is no sick pay though... which I find weird.. o well.

lol, from what i've heard is that pay stays the same since there are disparities. It'd be funny to see those that get paid alot be brought down and those who don't be brought up. they'd be pissed.

I worked for Rite Aid for 8 months before I left to find another job, and I feel that it was 8 months too long. Computer system is nice, managment is not so great. That is all I am at liberty to say!

its not too bad. After I graduate they are letting me work 1 day a week (sundays 9-9) while I continue with my PhD.
