Walgreens buying Rite Aid

Link doesn't seem to be working for me. Any mention of what portion they're buying?

Of my old district, most stores seem to be liquidating and transferring scripts to other rite aids but there have been two or three (of the six or seven that closed) which were bought by Walgreens.
