How is STEP 3 scored?

I couldn't find any clear information on this on the USMLE website(s). How exactly is STEP 3 scored. Is it possible for example to fail the CCS cases and do okay on the MCQs and get a PASS overall? Or is it more like STEP 2 CS where you have to pass each portion separately?

composite score of both days and ccs. usually, the CCS is quite smooth, just prepare for it and you will do good on it ;-) for most its the "saver" of the exam.

even if you suck on a few blocks on day 1 and/or 2, a solid CCS will fix it, thats why most pass it.
