How is the PCAT graded

I was wondering if someone could explain to me how the PCAT is graded. I know you have a scaled and raw score. Is the scaled score in relation to how everyone else did. Like if I scored an 80 does that mean I did better than 80 percent of the people who took it then or is it more like a bell curve, w/ equal distribution.

It means that you scored better than 80% of the people who took the test.
