How is this upward science trend viewed

Depends on which classes you got the C's in, among other factors

Of my 68 BCPM Units, 22 Units are C, 23 Units are B and 23 Units are A. That's ultimately 3.10 sGPA.
However, most of my B are from my freshmen year, most of the C was from my sophomore year and the rest of my A are from my Junior/Senior. I'll be applying 2 years after my senior year. How is this trend viewed?
Depends upon how many science classes you were taking per year as well.

@LoveBeingHuman:)
Gen Chem 1 and 2, all 3 Calculus series are C.
Math below Calc 1 and OchemA are B.
Ochem A and all biology and physics (calc base) are A.

@Goro
I took 1 summer class between freshmen/sophmore. I'm not sure whether that summer class counts towards which year.

Freshmen: 27 Units (including that 1 summer class after freshmen year) 15 of which are science (all B, mainly math classes below calc 1, and 1 C which is Calc 1)
Sophmore: 28 Units. 21 of which are science (all C, Gen chem A&B, Calc 2&3)
Junior: 28 Units. 22 of which are science (All A for Physics mechanic and Physics E&M (Both calc base), and OchemB) (Ochem A is also in this year but I got a high B)
Senior: 33 Units. 12 of which are science (All A, a lot of bio and Biochem)
Year after senior: 31 Units. 4 of which are science (Pretty sure I'll get an A in that last bio course)
Year after that year^: 20 Units, none of which are science.

It seems to me I took most of my BCPM in my freshmen to junior year. I did poorly in just 5 science class in my sophmore year, however I hope my Junior year can redeem myself especially with calc base physics. Senior and up, I officially took all of my BCPM with all A in biology. How does this look?
Can you give us your year by year GPAs?

Yea, certainly.

This hurt my head, so i'm quoting it.

He asked year by year, not semester by semester. AMCAS shows ADCOMS year by year GPA's so that's why he asked for them.

Learn how to follow directions. Not being a jerk, just telling you for the future... 🙂

Your year-by-year gpa doesn't match up with your original post though. How is your senior and junior sGPA so low if most of the classes during that time were A's?

@LoveBeingHuman:) No its understandable, you didn't come off harsh at all.
my Junior and Senior final sgpa was 2.84 and 3.04 even with all A because my Sophomore sgpa was so low ~2.38 which had 5 C in science class.

They want to see your separate GPA each year, not running cumulative total year by year.
ex: if you had straight A+ your junior and senior year it would be 4.0 for both.
