How late into the application cycle is it?

My goal was to have my application submitted in early September, but due one one of my LoRs taking longer than expected to come in it's looking like I wont' be submitting until the end of the month. Since I've been all done on my end for weeks now and unable to submit, I've been going a little crazy over the timing, especially considering how many interview threads are popping up. Is it considered late into the cycle now? Has anyone heard anything during their interviews about classes filling up? Any information is appreciated, thanks!

Pretty sure you're still early if you submit by the end of the month so don't worry about it.

You're fine, some people get in and they don't apply until December/January

You are not late. I was in the same situation last year and decided not to apply and I just realized this year that Oct is pretty early for Optometry!
