how long after apps sent do you get interview invites?

Hi,

I have a quick question for both the AOA and ACGME process. I just send in my AOA apps about 10 days ago and have not yet hear anything back regarding interviews. I know this is a short time period, but when should I start worrying about not getting any interview invites? The same question applies to the ACGME apps in September.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: ACGME, it depends on the quality of your application. Strong applications get interview invites within a week or two irrespective of whether the application is complete. For less-strong applications, program directors often wait until LORs are received, or until the Dean's Letter is received.
