It just turned a week today. Would it be a good idea to call up Atlantic Bridge and ask them the status of my app.

You could try, but they're not going to tell you anything. People have called and asked about the status of their applications only to be told that nothings changed, and received letters from them the next day. I think a week would be the shortest possible transit time, so don't worry about it yet.

Don't worry, if your interview went well, I'm sure everything will be fine.
