How long are DAT scores good for? 2-3 years?

Let's say 2 years.
Then does that mean if I have a score from 2015 February, I can only use it for the 2015 June, 2016 June, and 2017 June cycles?

Scores are only valid for two years from the opening date of the AADSAS application for most schools. I am double checking to make sure this is 100 percent accurate and no changes have been made.

Hey orgoman, thanks for the quick reply; I was able to get a 30 on the Chemistry section thanks to the rough questions from the DAT Destroyer.

Can you clarify a bit on your message? I took the DAT in February 2015 and the opening date for the application is June 2015. So does that mean that my initial guess of being able to apply this year (2015), 2016, and 2017 with my February 2015 DAT hold true?

Edit:
Sorry, I seem to have the wording confusing for some reason.
So an example would be from Boston University where it says:
"Applicants must submit DAT results from a test taken within two years of the application date."

"Within 2 years of the application date" means that I can't use it for the 2017 cycle right?

Wow, 30 in Orgo!! Congratulations..schools will like to see that, that's huge. Let me double check the information I am giving you, I want to make sure it is 100 percent correct. I should have a definite answer for you tomorrow that is confirmed.

Hello again, and it was the General Chemistry part as I took the Canadian DAT; regardless, great material!
It seems that the validity of the scores are quite school dependent as U Penn would only allow me to apply twice with my 2015 score (i.e. June 2015 and June 2016) while schools like NYU and Buffalo are okay with scores that are 3 years old. But I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me clarify as the wording is not the most clear for me >.>

Yes I hear ya, the wording is not always clear for me either, but I can make a few calls tomorrow to clarify. Wow, 30 in General Chemistry is huge, so glad we could help..a lot of Canadians use our work and I have received many emails through the years at how pleased they are with our work, the Bio too.

Will post again soon.

Thanks for the help; it would help a lot since it'd be international calling from Vancouver BC ;_;
I'm also in the process of emailing some of the schools and I'll keep you up to date as well.

Hi again,

I does depend on the school. If you private message me the schools you are interested in I can find out the info and get back to you. You are correct UPENN is 2 years while Buffalo and NYU is 3 years.

I believe the schools that accept (but not necessarily prefer) the Canadian DAT are:
Boston University
NYU
Buffalo
Case Western
U Penn
Pittsburgh
Minnesota
Michigan
Columbia

I would be grateful if anyone knew other (Non-California) schools that accepted Canadian DATs as well!
