How long between secondary and interview?

Good question, and further... does anybody know if any of these schools grants interviews before the MCAT scores come out?

For AZCOM, it was about 2.5 weeks from the time my file was complete until I got the email.
For CCOM, they called me about 2 weeks after my file was complete to tell me that they wanted to interview me, but they are not scheduling dates until September. They said they would call me, and I expect to hear from them any day now.
For KCOM, My file was complete way back at the beginning of July, I even triple checked with them. I called them today to check again, and they said my application was awaiting review by the committee tot determine if they want to interview me or not. However, I have seen a few people post here that they are interviewing at KCOM, so they may be a better source. I really have no clue why mine is taking so long.

I don't know of any medical school that interviews anyone without an MCAT score except for those BS/MD 7 year special programs.

Maybe for you medic, CCOM was different.. since you are the only one to post for ccom interview. Are you in state or something. Or a really high MCAT and GPA. Either way that is great.

I don't know why nobody else has heard from them?? 😕 Incidently, that is below KCUMB(you meant this by KCUCOM?) average for last year, but they invited me pre secondary. I don't know why I am being so blessed, but I am very thankfule 👍

I interviewed at CCOM on the 4th and was told by the interviewers that they were looking to fill a few niche spots first. They said that they were looking for people with strong analytical backgrounds particularlly in Big Pharma. I am not really competitive in terms of grades, so it explained why i was interviewing there so early.
KCOM: Very quick for me. My final LOR was mailed approximately Sept 1, and I got an interview invite on Sept 9.
NSUCOM: Also Very quick, they were my first interview--they offered me an interview probably within a week (maybe two) for receiving my secondary.
PCOM: Say my packet is complete, but have heard nothing from them.
(...and since I got accepted already, I didn't bother to complete any other packets.)

I think PCOM is taking the PA residents first. My packet has been complete since mid-August, and I still haven't heard anything.

THE REAL ANSWER IS.
It depends if they are going to interview you. You can send in your application but if you don't meet there requirements ... THEY WILL NOT QUICKLY INVITE YOU FOR AN INTERVIEW.
LECOM had my suppl application since mid Aug, I still have not heart anything about interview.
PCOM since Aug. 1st, same thing, no answer. NSUCOM was the fastest... then Arizona. But again it depends on when you apply and what your file looks and smells like.. hehe

Actually I just got email that my file is complete and they will contact me within a month. As far as I know I meet their minimum requirements except I am not sure about individual MCAT score requirement.

well i think the interview is granted based on the strength of ur file....in terms of meetin the requirements...thats already been established after ur primary application is accepted....b/c now its about how competitive is ur file compared to the rest and to what extend u can convey ur motivation and enthusiasm to the committee on ur 2ndary...at least thats what i've been told 😉
