how long do UCs take to send transcripts?

I sent my transcripts from a community college, who charges $26 per unit, and it got to amcas like 4 days later.
I ordered from UCs , which cost $300 per unit, and its been 14 days and its not made it to amcas. you would expect to get better service for being charged 20 times as much.
has it been lost? does it normally take that long?

You and 2,400 other people just asked for the transcripts to be sent. It might take a while. Give them a call, wouldnt hurt to ask why its taking that long. I know my college has a rush delivery but you got pay more $$.
