How long does it take for Dartmouth to "complete" my application?

So I sent my LOR about 10 days ago to Dartmouth through Interfolio (standard US postal service) and had previously received an email from them that they have my secondary application.

My question is, how long did Dartmouth take send other people an email notifying that their application is now complete? Dartmouth is my first choice, and I am just waiting and waiting....and waiting...Thanks!

took about 2 weeks for me....

but this is the busiest time of year i wouldnt be surprised if it takes 3-4 wks to sort out all the letters they get and put them in your file.

anyway once it's been 2 weeks I think it's fair to call them and inquire about your status but thats personal opinion
