How long does it take for schools to get LOR?

So I waited for my last letter of recommendation to come in today and it finally did. I still have many secondaries to work on but sent out my letters to almost all schools from AMCAS. I am wondering how long it will take for the ones in which I already completed secondaries to consider me complete and start the review process.

Most schools download letters almost every day. Like you, my LORs were the last thing submitted for many schools (meaning I had submitted my secondaries, app fees, etc. before my letters). I started receiving complete e-mails 24 hours after AMCAS received all my letters (and of course, I had them all assigned to schools too).
