After my app is verified, how long does it take for AACOMAS to send all my materials to the schools?

They can see it once it is verified. So for instance if you become verified, schools almost immediately receive your primary application. Based on that, they will send you secondaries depending on your stats or some schools automatically send secondaries. I was verified in late August, received many secondaries within a few days.

Thanks, man. I also signed up for professional transcript entry and one of my transcripts is missing. Would aacom fill it in or give me more problems?

So you haven't sent this transcript in? Or you have sent it in and it is not showing up? Professional transcript entries won't show up on your application until you submit the payment to them. After that, then it will show up. You will then be asked to go through to each school you applied to and upload the required courses that they have asked for. (Usually classes such as english and the sciences they require). The transcript will already be prepped and ready for you, all you will have to do it click and upload for each school (still sort of time consuming but not too bad). I used professional transcript entry and it saved me quite a bit of time.

The second option. AACOMAS just finished it today. One transcript is missing. I got the notification and it said it was received by aacomas weeks ago, yet it's not listed on the my app.

Best bet is to get a hold of AACOMAS on Monday to get this corrected. The system definitely has its flaws but hopefully won't cost you too much as far as time goes. Until then there is nothing more you can really do. I would advise having some essays pre-written for secondaries. This way all you have to do is modify an essay for certain schools and then can send in ASAP.

Concur with the bolded lol. They screwed up so much on my app that even though i have an acceptance, my app still has errors on it in terms of MCAT scores...

I contacted AACOM about taking a course while my app is being verified. The person on the phone stated that it's perfectly okay. I just had to submit the updated transcript, and they would process it (~7-10 days) and update the grade. I signed up for a UNE course and called again to confirm it 2 weeks later. A different person on the phone stated that it wasn't possible, and that I had to wait until mid December for the academic update period. I told the person that I was told something completely beforehand, and that's why I signed up for the course. The person didn't really care at all, and reiterated that December is the next academic update period. I told them that my app may get delayed, and the person's response was maybe for the school, but not on our end.

I've heard a lot about different members of AACOMAS staff imparting different information to the same applicants. It would be useful if they got their policies straight with their staff so that people dont delay their apps...
