Between now and never. Seriously. There will be waves of invitations (and rejections) going out over the next 1-2 months. But there are some programs who will just never get back to you at all. In general, if you haven't heard by the first week of January, you're not going to.

Depends on the field and even varies greatly within fields

Had classmates get IV offers in peds and psych within days of submitting.

A very small number of radiology programs have started to offer IV's but many wait till October and many more wait till after the Dean's letter comes with some waiting as late as early December 👎

You can also get waitlisted for an interview and come off the waitlist as late as January depending on when people cancel.

Personally I'm on the lookout now but won't really start worrying until November

I know it is still early in the interview season, however I am just getting worried as I have not heard back from any programs yet. Well except for Loyola IM, which was a rejection.

This is all specialty dependent. Many programs don't even BEGIN to offer invites until October or November. If it really helps, search for a "interview invites" thread on SDN in your dicipline from previous years. This way you can see when programs started sending invites in past years.
