How long does it take to get an interview?

Of course it all depends on the specific school and how busy they are at the time you submit.
There really isn't any way of telling. For example, some schools will interview you and then sit on sending out an acceptance/denial until they need you (or don't need you) to fill a seat. Other schools won't send out an interview until they need more bodies in seats.
Either way you ought to be able to work around your travel schedule. You'll probably get some interviews before then.
