How long does professional transcript entry take?

Can someone who went through the professional transcript entry tell me how long it took for everything to get verified?

It's about 10 business days after your transcript is received and you submit your application

It's been more than 10 days. I submitted 08/27 and now its 9/10. I emailed optomcas but haven't received an email back either. Any suggestions on what I should do?
