How long does the transcript process takes if you didn't send the cover sheet?

Can't say for sure, though you will probably get a few anecdotal replies. I would just resend it with the cover sheet.
Edit: It cost me $12 to resend one overnight ($5 for the original one) and it was well worth it. If I have to (god forbid) reapply next year, I will be overnighting all of my transcripts. $7 is worth the piece of mind.

Definitely a question for AACOMAS directly.
A friend had a school leave out the cover sheet on accident and she never knew the difference. The transcript had been received before the registrar even realized they left it out. I assume they just find you by your name and institution and it annoys them... instead of just being able to scan the barcode.

I didn't have a cover sheet and it was no problem.
