How long for Case to process?

Has anyone else found case is slow to process the letters of rec? I sent mine on the 12th (should've arrived around the 15th) and now I think I need to send them again because they're not showing up as received. anyone else run into a similar situation?

mine were sent on the 6th (!) and still don't show up on the status page. and i live in OHIO!!! 😡 👎

The committee at my school sent mine on a Friday and they showed up as being received the following Tuesday. So for me, it was fast. Perhaps you should call and inquire?

...and I live in MI.

Thanks guys - it sounds like a call is in order. I swear, if it weren't for excel, I could never keep track of all this stuff!

My letters were sent out on 8/6. They updated my files as being complete on 8/10.

I got in touch with them - they received my letters on the 16th, so I don't know why they weren't showing. At least they're there!

To see that my committee letter has been received (i have other LORs that won't be sent until sept 1) I go to app status. Then next to "Check out the missing recommendation letters" I click "Details" and it new window comes up stating that my committee letter has been received. Is this the same place that you are looking?

yeah - that's where I was looking. Only it said they hadn't been received. and I thought case was on top of this technology thing . . .

Mine were also sent on the 12th, and case has not said they received them (either on their website or through an email) yet. Boooo....
