how long for Q bank?

hi - what do you guys think is a good amount of time to subscribe to kaplan's Q bank? Their options are 1 month or 3 months for $129 or $229. it seems like a lot of questions to do in one month but then again i don't know if i'd have time to work on those questions during school...

I would purchase q bank exactly 1 month before you are scheduled to take the boards. This way, you can do questions until the day before the test. You should be able to run through all 2,000 of them once in one month. Some people found it useful to run through them more then once, but after you run through them once, you will probably be tired of studying. If you have more then one month scheduled to study for step 1, you should just study using your books and memorizing your charts so that you can score better when it comes time to do the questions.
