how long is it supposed to take?

I was just wondering...all you peoples that are much farther ahead than me ...how long is it supposed to take to get verified? I think I submitted on Aug. 14th....I guess I am just getting a little bit anxious. At what point should one become worried that it is taking to long and that there may be a problem?

Someone posted recently that AMCAs is getting a bit swamped, and recently announced that for August posters it could take 6-8 weeks, instead of the 4-6 weeks that has been the norm (and is what they say they will do)..
