How long should completion of one secondary take?

Should secondary applications be taken as seriously as for example personal statements, in regards to the sheer amount of people that review it. (It took me awhile to get my personal statement done, after several reviews and proofreads in addition to me changing it, around 7 times.)

Should I put this much effort into secondary essays as well? I assumed no because there are so many and it would take forever, but maybe I should?
-Im not saying put no effort into secondaries but do you believe changing it around multiple times and getting it reviewed by 7 different people each time is necessary?

No. That would take centuries.

I also didn't ask 7 people to read my PS. Just had the SO give it a once-over and make some snide remarks, that was sufficient!

Yeah I was exaggerating a bit, 4 people did read mine, but I did change it around 7 times. I was worried lol
