how long til you stop receiving missing transcript emails??

i have been complete for two weeks now and am still getting the emails saying that they are missing my transcripts. i have loged onto aacomas and check under my transcripts and they are all there. i have called and talked to someone and they tell me the same thing that they are all there and i am in the verification process.
just wondering how long it is taking everyone else to stop receiving these emails??
