I was just wondering how long it took from the time the transcripts are delivered to AACOMAS till it shows that they were received on the primary app? My school sent me a tracking number for my transcript and it shows that it was delivered on June 13th. Will the status on my application change soon? Thanks!
 
The verification process can take up to 4 weeks, but since we're still really early in the cycle, its likely to be much much shorter than that. I requested that my transcripts be sent on 6/6, was verified on 6/12. Only took 6 days for me.
 
Oh wow that was fast. But thats the whole application being verified right? I was talking about the transcripts section and there is a dropdown box and it says that my transcripts were not received. I was wondering how long it took for that to change?
 
I called the one school that's giving me transcript issues, and they said that if the school delivers the transcript via mail (most schools do; there's a very small list that AACOMAS accepts digital transcripts from), then the USPS has two weeks to get it there. My school said that if AACOMAS hasn't received my transcript in two weeks (which means Tuesday for me), then they will send another free of charge. I'm super nervous because the school wouldn't allow me to attach the AACOMAS transcript sheet thing, so I'm over here biting my nails and checking my email to see if it's gotten there yet. :scared:

I sent ~7 transcripts and some had the barcode letter thing and some didn't. It didn't make a difference that I saw. A few schools confirmed the date of mailing them out and they took about 3-5 days to be received/checked in at AACOMAS after being mailed, so that they do quickly. I received receipt confirmations from AACOMAS by 1.5 weeks for all of them but one and my guess was it was the school's fault, so they sent another and it was checked in within days.

It took another week or so for verification and they didn't start until all transcripts were in. Fortunately I requested transcripts early so it all fell into place. If you have submitted to DO schools before mid ~July you've beaten the rush and are still considered early so relax.

Funnily enough, just when I started to worry about the transcripts not getting there (I'd even called the school and asked if one of my family members still in town could run my barcode sheet in!), it arrived today! 🙂 I opted for the transcript entry because I had a bunch of strange transfer credit situations, but at least now they're all there!

I've already submitted my app, so now I'm just in a holding pattern until I get verified. Fingers crossed it's soon!
