How long to wait b/t UG and applying to Post Bacc-MS programs?

Quick question- How long should you wait before applying to a post bacc or MS program when your fresh out of undergrad? Is there a steadfast rule?

I am currently attending Hunter College -Under grad, took some science pre-reqs and in my senior year (not taking any science courses). I will be graduating in spring with a B.A in Women and Gender Studies (3.9) and 3.1 UGGPA.

I would like to apply in for fall to the UMDNJ MS program, but im not sure if i need to take a longer break inbetween graduating and applying.😕

Oh yea.....long time lurker....so now that I have posted once I'll have to do it again.

No need to wait...plenty of people now go directly from UG to Post Bacc...

Thank you, however one thing to remember is that-at the time of application you may not have your degree if your just graduating, so anyone in this position will need letters from school with your degree application, and added stress. Just incase anyone else is in the sam place as I am.
