how long to wait for LOR before bugging?

I asked two attendings for LORS exactly a month ago, and one of them has already written it but I still have not received the other one. I feel that right now is still a bit premature to bug him about it, but how long should I wait before calling him up? I believe most of the programs have deadlines Nov+ but I would have to start asking other people if he's gonna drag it out.. any inputs would be appreciated 😕
