I took the MCAT in August of this year (2013). I am thinking of doing a intensive study in a language, so this would set my graduation back by a year. What is the latest that I could apply with this score? 2015 application cycle for matriculation in 2016 or 2016 application cycle for matriculation in 2017?

Thank you

It all depends on the schools you apply to. Generally your scores lasts for three cycles. So if you took it in 2014, it would be good for 2014, 2015 and 2016.

In your case most schools would accept the score until 2015 (matriculating in fall 2016). After this time, the score will still be visible but they will want a new score within three years.
