So assuming someone here get's accepted to dental school 😉 ... how high do most schools require that your gpa or grades stay to still be admitted to the school after you have been accepted? I know a lot of people save harder upper division classes until their last semester so they dont show up on your application. Does anyone know how most schools deal with this? Anyone have specific examples?

besides- why are u paying 4 these classes if not to learn something.....

Keep up the good work all the way 2 the end...no reason 2 slack!!🙂

Did you JUST get a Stony Brook interview? Geez, you've got so many!!!! 🙂

I would say that the school you choose to attend you should call them and ask them, unless they have already said so in their acceptance letter. In all honesty, you should grind it out and finish strong, but I can see how it would be difficult to maintain focus. Simply put, even with the circumstances, just do your best.

I'm not saying that its ok to give up after you get accepted, im just saying that it's alot harder, and takes a lot more effort to get an A than to cruise by and come out with B's. If most schools require C's than it's no sweat.
But has anyone heard of schools revoking an acceptance based on a lower GPA than when you are accepted? Do any schools require you to maintain your Current GPA?

Gosh, I hope not.

Congrats on the new interview Shuna.👍

As far as grades, I am going to make sure I pass each class and party hard before D1.😀

do dental schools even care about what you get after you're accepted as long as there are no F's? aren't D's okay?

I think as long as you graduate, you will be fine. And some schools dont even require B degrees... hA~ just my hope u know... does anyone know about this for real?

I hope they dont even care about my grades after acceptance so I can just slack off and get straignt C's... dont tell me " why would u pay for those courses if u dont learn?" or things like that, those are not my major courses 😀
