How low can you go?

I mean I wouldn’t try to fail on purpose but I’m sure you can get a C and make it through fine

Definitely failing is out of the question, I need to graduate. Interesting on the C.

Last semester senior, taking 3 classes, 2 are guaranteed A's. For the third one, its not a prereq, how low of a GPA total this semester (or maybe for this class) would get an acceptance rescinded?
IM so jealous. I literally don't think i had a guaranteed A in my entire undergrad experiences (maybe 1)

One is undergraduate research, so PI said he would give me an A. The other one technically isnt GUARANTEED, but its known to be a show up and get an A class with minimal effort.

Honestly, I really don't think there is a lower limit, assuming your A is not contingent on hitting any specific GPA (and I've never heard of one that is!). You just have to satisfy matriculation requirements (e.g., passing all prereqs, graduating, passing background check, etc.).

It's crazy how high achieving Type-A future MDs suddenly start to worry about the bottom falling out. I'm pretty sure that if you don't need the credits to graduate, you could actually receive an F and still be okay!! Nobody would be thrilled with an F, but I don't see how an A could be rescinded assuming you graduate and meet all other requirements.

I had to take biochemistry while working full time and doing research the semester before I matriculated. Got a B. Thought I'd get rescinded but luckily made it through.

Just don't fail it and you should be gravy. Getting a C wouldnt matter one bit. Other than that, let the senioritis commence!
