How many days to go through Lippincott Biochem?

I dont have a background in biochem (no premed here) but I need to learn the entirety of the content in Lippincott Biochem. How many days should I allocate to that and how would you do it? We are literally being tested on that book. Anyone ever done it before? I do have a basic understanding of chemistry so it's not like the book reads like Chinese for me.

Were I you, I'd study 1 chapter and figure out how long it takes you. Then, multiple by # chapters to go.

As far as method... take notes? Use Google for more detailed explanations of concepts.

I have some advice... stop trying to figure out shortcuts to doing work and start doing it. Work smart, not hard (or even better work smarter and harder).
