How many experiences did you select for the cover sheet?

We are allowed to choose 3 per category, but I am not sure if I should really select all 3. Some activities are not so stellar..just average, so are those cover sheet worthy? How many did you choose for your cover sheet?

I have about 5 or so activities for each section so I selected the three that I was really proud of, even if it's a bit less on the hours, like translating at a federally funded medicare/medicaid clinic for 50 hrs vs. being a member of biology club for 300 hours.
