How many Experiences or Achievements can I list on OptomCAS?

I thought I read here that you can only add 5 achievements in your application. Is that true? And is there a limit to the number of experiences?

Just to be super clear, I don't mean like a character limit for the description of each entry, I mean the number of individual entires, do that make sense?

I currently have only 2 listed, so I'm not sure but I am very intrigued as to what the answer is.

Also, related, if you participated in intramural sports would you bother to include that in the experiences section?

Also, for experiences I currently have 7, so I don't think that 5 limit exists. At least it hasn't presented a problem to me.
