How many neurology letters do I need?

So for my 4th year electives, it may not be feasible to do more than 1 neurology elective before later on in the interview season. If I'm unable to get a second neuro letter, am I SOL for neuro programs?

I had just one neuro letter and it was fine. Nobody ever brought that up on interviews.

Same. I had only 1 neurology letter, no one said anything about it.
