How many people come prepared to MMI Interviews and how are they "graded"

Basically the title but how many applicants would you venture to say come to the MMI pretty unprepared (i.e, giving a one sided answer to an ethical dilemma right away for example)? On the one hand, I feel like if they got to the interview stage, almost all of them should know that they need to prepare. On the other hand, I feel like some people probably just wing it.

Also, what is the type of rubric used to evaluate candidates in the interview? For example, maybe 1 point for acknowledging what the dilemma is, 1 point for providing possible solutions ext....

Note: this is just out of curiosity but I also think knowing how these are graded might help me in hitting all the major points/where I should spend more time elaborating on certain aspects.
