How many people get honors, pass, and everything in between?

Just wondering...because I get the sense it varies significantly between schools...what percent of students get honors, high pass, outstanding, proficient, pass, A, B whatever your school gives?

15-20% honors
20-30% high pass
40-60% pass

This varies by rotation, IM and surgery having the lowest percent honors (15) and highest percent pass (60). I think family has a 25% honors and 40% pass rate.
