Its quite a complex process if you're just starting out without anyone to help you with it...I'm assuming that 90% of this forum (75% of stats are made up on the spot...) is American but nevertheless; would this be something the small Canadian (often considered the same as international) population would be interested in; or would this overlap with the sticky posted at the top?

If theres no interest then theres no point in spending time writing one.

On a board in which you state 90% is US bound and you get a 37.5% yes rate, I'd say that ain't bad. Though I wouldn't try for just 3 yes's anymore than I'd quit for just 5 no's.
