the confusion lies with the term 'fellowship'...
The ASPS considers all of its training programs (both integrated and traditional types) to be 'residencies' and not fellowships...you'd have to combine the number of traditional and integrated programs (some institutions have both ie Harvard)...I actually don't know the combined number...but its less than 150.
Plastics fellowships are generally 6 month to 1 year gigs that one does after completing general platics training. topics include breast recon (Sloan, MDA), aesthetic (UT Southwestern) etc...
Others that care more about these details might have some accurate numbers...
