put in stuff like research that you've done... community service .... shadowing (if you've done that...) , academic societies that you've been apart of , university organizations that you participate in...

don't forget any awards or honors or grants you may have received. also any presentations you have made will also beef up your app.

You can also add conferences or meetings you have attended. But even if all you have is 6, it is really more about quality than quantity.

I had 15, cut down from 25-30ish....pick the most important..research, volunteering, leadership, etc..

Don't forget paid work experience and EC's, hobbies & avocations. I agree it's quality, not quantity.

hey i also only had 6.. what can ya do, i did what i could as a premed.. only can do so much.. dont woryr about it
