I plan on taking the DAT for the first time on July 3, so I have a little over a week left to prepare. I used KBB, Crack the PAT, DAT destroyer for the sciences and quantitative reasoning, Cliffs, and watched a few topics so far of Chad's videos. I took the full length Kaplan test that is in the book and scored an 18 AA and 24 PAT (The PAT seems so much easier on paper vs. a computer screen IMO). My goal is a 21. From those of you who have taken the DAT, how many practice tests do you recommend that I should take in the time that I have left? Also, what program do you think best represents the actual DAT? Thanks!

With a little over a week, I would say you have time for 2 without burning yourself out before the exam. Also gives you time to go over the exam learning from your mistakes without rushing.
