I was just wondering how many schools did people apply to?

For those who have finished the process please post your GPA and MCAT scores and which school you got into, if any.

I'm pretty sure there's a poll just like this that was made a few weeks ago.

I applied to 30, but I'm from CA.

Yup, there was an exact poll like this before.

I only applied to 6....ran out of money.🙁

Ok, now I am starting to freak out. I thought that 15 schools was a lot, but the plurality so far has 30+.

2 people have mentioned they are from CA. Is there some reason CA residents seem to be applying to a crazy amount of schools.

Do you get to apply free to CA schools and CA schools don't have secondaries or something?

Did I screw up royally but not emptying my savings entirely and applying to dozens of schools?

I have a 3.97 GPA and 34S MCAT, but now I am starting to think it might not be enough.

After all, the reason my GPA is so low is that I failed miserably and got 3 A-, in O chem 1,2 and French 4.

But now I am worried that the fact that 2/3 of my failed classes where in science courses, so my science GPA is probably much lower than my overall GPA.

SWEET CHRIST! What if my science GPA is 3.92 or something like that!

OH DEAR GOD WHY DID I START THIS POLL!? HOW WILL I SLEEP AFTER THIS?!

why are you so worried about your failure gpa and not your super failure mcat?

haha i actually think op is not a troll.... just another crazy premed with ocd.

No its deff a troll hes posting in multiple forums the same doo doo:troll::troll::troll::troll:

I was thinking the same thing but now I'm pretty convinced he's real... read his older posts... he has been THIS intense for a while (also posted as adamg)... and used to sign posts with his real name. I REALLY think he's serious...

I especially like the part in the USUHS thread where he describes his own secondary as "a masterpiece".

OP is hilarious. Along the same lines, I wrote a secondary today that had a 2500 character limit and I only filled out 2489.775!!!! WHAT DO I DO?!!

Does this make me look like I don't care about the school?!!

Should I even bother submitting my application?!!!

What if they say - Hey, where's the other 10.225 characters?!!!

I mean, I have a 3.8767 GPA and a 32.5W MCAT. I can't afford ANY mistakes. Is this enough?!!!

And what if they round my MCAT down to 30? Do I still have a chance? ARRRRGGGGHHHHH!
