Just wanted some feedback because I'm planning to interview at just 3 schools. I have no idea if that's enough or I should interview at more places. 😕

ahhah, i was right, another md/do reject. I have proven tht podiatry is in fact not a 1st choice for most people. The people that apply to podiatry and not md/do realize they don't have the stats to get in so they don't bother applying, technically making it a non-option. Technically you will also be non-competitive for PA, PT, optometry, veterinary, and Nursing since these fields are competitive. Hopefully you get into podiatry, i'm assuming this is your last shot. I'm a PA reject but i did get accepted to another professional program so i'm safe. At least i know mcdonalds isn't in my future lol. to answer your question, 8 schools excluding azpod b/c of their small class size
you should try to be less condescending, especially when your logic is faulty. anecdotal evidence is not proof; something you should have learned in statistics class. espousing all that feckless drivel in these threads does nothing to support your unsubstantiated, simplistic views.
and that attitude of yours had better change, because no patient is gonna wanna be treated by a miserable doctor with no social skills. here's a tip, if i were you, i would start treating people with a little decorum because your career starts here, and we are going to be your colleagues.

I suggest interviewing anywhere/everywhere you could conceive of yourself living. Can't stand iowa/would never go there? Don't interview DMU.
Like Miami, but it's presently 5th on your list? Interview there. You don't want any regrets.
This is contingent on an infinite cash flow. If you only have $400 to your name, then it might be best to hedge your bets a bit.
Your right i think im just angry with the whole application process, ive spent thousands of dollars with no result to show for it. This is my 1st time applying to pod school, so im hoping for the best, i do feel i have a high chance of getting in since my practice mcat scores are up there. Even if things dont work out, i got accepted to another program and it's a good safety but im much more interested in becoming a physician. I'm sorry if i sounded rude. It is a great profession, im just angry at the system that churned my cash and didn't give me anything in return. But im sure their are a lot of angry applicants outthere wandering what they will do next.
Weird. You lash out and then apologize. You even started a thread indicating that podiatry (and more globally any type of healthcare profession dealing with HUMANS) wasn't for you...yet you keep posting on this forum talking about being accepted/interviewing. I'm concerned-where is your head at?
This is a trash thread. You won't get much info here. Take a look at the topics posted at the top of the forum to get a better idea of podiatry school requirements. There is a lot of information in the "what are my chances thread."I am very interested in podiatry but what was you GPA and MCAT score?
