How Many Schools do People Apply to?

Hey everyone, how many schools do people usually apply to? On AADSAS, I indicated 17 schools, but looking at each school's supplementary fee... it really adds up quite quickly ($1300+)... From my list of schools, would you say I am top-heavy? bottom heavy? heavy in general, or what?

Which places would I stand the highest chance if I sent in the app right now? the lowest chance? AHHH! Any advice is much appreciated 🙂

Well, I think you should go to predents.com and see which schools haven't really started the app process yet. Those schools are probably where your chance is greatest.
For example, Nova and Indiana have already interviewed a lot and I think they don't even have any more pre-Dec 1 interviews.
While schools like Pitt and UW (not out-of-state friendly), have only sent out secondaries at most (Pitt hasn't yet).

I think you will get in though wherever you apply.

From the number of interview invites on predents... Case, Indiana, Boston, Penn, NYU, Columbia, Buffalo, and Michigan are well under way in the app process. It's not looking too good for me since I haven't submitted AADSAS yet 🙁

Am I still competitive at these schools if I apply right now?
