How many science courses to take?

Could those who are already in dental schools tell me if you had finished all of the prereq courses before applying?

Also, for those non-science majors, it would be great if you could tell me how many science courses (Besides the basic orgo, chem, bio, and physics) you took in undergrad.

If you haven't taken the DAT, it would be really helpful to take classes like cell biology, genetics, physiology, anatomy,and ecology. If you still have time to take other biology classes after the DAT, immunology, histology and biochemistry for sure.
