At Ross Usualy 4-5/cadaver (yes, all from US)

BUT, by the end of the semester it is 1-0/cadaver (except before the mini). 😉

That's a very good ratio isn't it? I always thought 4-5 was about the best you find anywhere.

Yeah, it's one of the best ratios. Like the prior post said, by the middle to end of the semester you can walk in anytime and be the only one in the lab with your cadaver. 😱

its more at ross actually.

We had 8 in our group, 9 in most others. But after the first week you pretty much split up into smaller groups and do dissections once a week or just 1 body system. Whatever you want. So when I was at my body, I was there with only 2 other people.
So it felt like 3 people.

But some people never show up, etc. So some bodies pretty much had 2 people to do everything because the rest of the group was lazy, etc.

At lab practical time. Every body becomes everyone, even though it shouldn't. And unfortunatly, some bodies can be left out to dry or something.

Off tha rant.

Officially, its 9. But you will never be with the body with all 9 people being present (unless you try to organize that yourself).

it's about 6-7 at MUA - medical university of the americas on Nevis

Well in regards to your question.....at SGU, my lab sesion just last semester, it was 5 of us to our cadaver which are all imported from the US. Like other people said, don't wory about that. You will have plenty of room, since after the first few weeks people drop out, lose enthusiasm, study less, freak out, figure out a better way, etc. You will always have room, they even rearranged some tables because some were low in people. In my case, I found that if you study HARD before every lab quizz (weekly), look in a good atlas (Neter or better Rohen), and take a second to orient yorself when evaluated, you'll do fine and "quality time with your cadaver" won't be a problem. Good luck and get ready!

Do you people have to do dissections every week? here at ross, we only have to do dissections once every 3 weeks. And so total would be like 4 or 5.

And we don't have graded weekly quiz at all. but they told us that all the professors do here is teaching, i don't think that they teach a lot.
